1. What’s included in a Charter Member Enrollment?

Your Charter Membership gives you unlimited access to all learning content and all available short and full-length courses, including new content added through the end of 2027.

2. Is the Charter Membership really unlimited?

Yes - once purchased, you can take as many short and full courses and access all learning material as you want. There are no usage caps.

3. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

It is no subscription. It´s a one time purchase and you do not have to cancel it.

4. Can I switch from individual purchase to a Charter Membership later?

Absolutely. BUT the offer is a limited-time pricing.

5. What’s the difference between short and full courses?

Short courses are typically 1 hour and focused on specific topics. Full courses go deeper, with extended content, modules, and assessments. They are typically longer than 1 hour.

6. How do I know if I’m eligible for UTC member pricing?

If you or your organization is a current UTC member, you automatically qualify.

7. Do I get lifetime access if I buy an individual course?

Yes. One-time course purchases (short or full) come with lifetime access to that course, including future updates.

8. Can I preview a course before buying?

Yes! Most courses offer an overview of the curriculum so you know exactly what you’re getting.

9. Do I need any special software or technical setup?

Nope. All courses and material run in your browser — no downloads required. Just log in and start learning.

10. Is there a certificate of completion?

Yes, every course includes a downloadable certificate upon completion. All of our courses are eligible for Professional Development Hours (PDH), so you can use them to meet your continuing education requirements.

11. How does corporate pricing work?

Organizations receive discounts when purchasing 5 or more courses or subscriptions. Reach out to us for a personalized quote.

12. How often are new courses added?
