Tom Carroll has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked in information technology for 27 years. He specializes in presales for Telecommunications, Service Assurance, and Information Security systems and has worked at Enghouse since 2016 as the Director of Solutions Engineering for the Americas.

John Neely is the Director of Business Development at Asentria, where he plays a key role in driving growth and expanding the company’s client base. With a strong background in IT and network security, John brings a rare blend of technical expertise and commercial insight to the evolving world of telecom site monitoring. He specializes in helping clients adopt advanced technologies - including AI and machine learning - to enhance network performance and resilience. John's deep understanding of industry challenges ensures Asentria stays at the forefront of innovation with modern, future-ready solutions.
