Region 9 - Certificate of Attendance

Select all sessions you attended during the regional meeting. Your selections will be used to automatically calculate your applicable PDH hours.
Your attendance will also be automatically verified against the event attendance records. Once your attendance has been confirmed, your Certificate of Attendance will be generated with the corresponding PDH hours.

Please make sure to select only the sessions you actually attended.
