Rusty Williams is the President and CEO of the Utilities Technology Council (UTC) in which the UTC Academy resides. Rusty is an electrical engineer by training and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Alabama. Rusty has been in the utility and technology industry for over 40 years and has had the opportunity to speak publicly many times to many audiences. Rusty understands the value in being able to effectively communicate and wants to impart his experience to help those that haven't had those opportunities.
